A Good Book for Curling Up: Mary Higgins Clark, "Kitchen Privileges"

Yesterday, in my kickoff post, I shared about drinking hot tea, a warm beverage many equate with cozy blankets, a heater (maybe a space heater) being on nearby, & possibly a book with which to curl up. May I suggest Mary Higgins Clark memoir Kitchen Privileges? I'd heard of her name before reading this book, yet hadn't read any of her other books. As I read this book, I learned why. She mainly writes mysteries. Mysteries aren't much my style. Yet the way she wrote this memoir I find I cannot recommend it enough. It's simply delightful.

Whether you prefer to curl up with a cup of hot tea, coffee, hot cocoa, hot apple cider, or something completely different from any of these, consider curling up with Kitchen Privileges. I do believe you'll be glad you did.
